Terms and conditions

How we work together, from the quote to delivery.

Indicative text. Before publishing, have it reviewed by a lawyer and replace it with the final terms.

The quote

You receive a written quote describing the work, the price and the delivery time. The quote becomes valid once you accept it in writing, and any later changes to the project are agreed together, also in writing.

Payment

Payment is made in instalments, as set out in the accepted quote. The price in the quote is what you pay for the work described. Costs paid directly to third parties, such as hosting, the domain, platform subscriptions or ad budgets, are separate and paid directly to those providers.

Delivery

The delivery time in the quote depends on materials (texts, images, access) and feedback being provided on time. Delivery is confirmed after the work is presented and the agreed corrections are made.

Ownership of the code and accounts

Once the work is paid in full, the delivered code, the domain and the accounts created for your project are yours. Third-party tools, libraries and components remain under their own licences.

Liability

We stand behind the work described in the quote. We are not liable for interruptions or losses caused by third-party services (hosting, payment platforms, ad platforms) or by content you provide. Marketing campaign results depend on many factors and cannot be guaranteed.

Personal data

How we use your data is described in the Privacy policy.
