Conversion measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 (and, if configured, Google Tag Manager) and Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and which campaigns bring enquiries.

Consent. None of these tools load, and nothing is sent to Google, Meta or our measurement server, until you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline, nothing is loaded.

What happens after you accept.

  • Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel load in your browser and report events such as page views and contact actions.
  • Some events are also sent from our server (Cloudflare) to Meta Conversions API, with the same event ID as in the browser so they are not counted twice. These requests include your IP address and browser details (user agent).

Contact form. If you accepted cookies and submit the form, your email address, phone number and name are normalized and irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) on our server before being sent to Meta, to match the enquiry with campaigns. The content of your message is never sent to Meta.

Traffic source. After you accept, we keep your visit source in your browser (localStorage): the first visit, kept for 90 days, and the last visit, with referrer, utm parameters, ad identifiers (fbclid, gclid) and landing page. This data is attached to measurement events and to the email we receive when you submit the form.

Withdrawing consent. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the site footer. When you withdraw, we delete the measurement cookies (_ga*, _gid, gcl*, _fbp, _fbc) and the traffic source stored in your browser, and the page reloads. The basis for measurement is your consent.
